2. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not possible.

For hygiene and quality reasons, TIKL jewellery is not eligible for returns or exchanges once sold.

3. Personalisation & Customisation

We don’t offer design customisation currently. Some products (like bracelets and anklets) include adjustable lengths — see the product page.

5. Product Details & Care

Yes — all pieces are made with 92.5 Sterling Silver, hallmarked wherever possible.

Yes, we do provide a certificate of authenticity stating that the products you have bought are 92.5 real silver.

Our gold and rose-gold pieces are 14K electroplated over 92.5 silver for a rich, long-lasting finish.

To keep your jewellery looking new:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfume, or sweat.
  • Store in a ziplock pouch when not in use.
  • Gently clean with a microfibre cloth.
  • Remove jewellery before exercising, swimming, or cleaning.

Products featuring CZ stones use AAA+ Cubic Zircon.

TIKL currently operates online only at shoptikl.com. We respond quickly on Instagram and WhatsApp.

7. Payments
