Shipping Policy

1) Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 7–10 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of a high order volume or unavoidable delay, we will inform you via email or WhatsApp.

Please allow additional transit time for delivery to remote locations. Courier timelines may vary depending on your pin code and local conditions.

2) Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India. No additional delivery charges apply.

3) Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We work hard to process orders quickly, so there is a very small window to correct an address error. If you realize your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at shoptikl.team@gmail.com.

4) Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order may be subject to a restocking or re-shipping fee.

5) Lost or Stolen Packages

TIKL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the courier. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received the package, please contact your local courier office or authorities to report the issue. We will do our best to assist you in tracking it.

6) Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to wait for restock or replace the product with a similar item of equal value.

7) International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped only within India.

8) Customs, Duties & Taxes

All domestic orders include applicable GST in the listed prices. Customers will not be charged any additional import duties or taxes within India.
