At TIKL, every jewellery piece is handcrafted, quality-checked, and carefully packed. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewellery, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, do not offer refunds, and do not provide exchanges under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Item (Exception)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and Package opening video with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review and advise next steps if applicable.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as processing begins immediately after confirmation.
Shipping Issues
After dispatch, courier delays, loss, or theft are beyond our control. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact your local courier office or authorities. We will assist with tracking wherever possible.
